Product Refund and Warranty
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:

Shipping
1. How soon will my order be processed?
For Credit and Debit cards, we will process your order once payment has been confirmed.
2. How will my order be shipped?
The shipping courier will depend on where the order will be sent to.
- Metro Manila deliveries – Private couriers
- Provincial – LBC
3. How much will I pay for shipping?
- Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location. You can check the shipping rates on the shopping bag summary.
- Standard delivery time
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Manila: Same Day Delivery. Cut off is 2pm.
Luzon: 7 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 10 business days
Estimate delivery times are to be used as a guide only. - Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up your orders at our warehouse in Quezon City. - How do I track my order?
FOR METRO MANILA: We will send you the tracking number as soon as it's available, via SMS and/or Email.
FOR PROVINCIAL: Go to http://www.lbcexpress.com/ and put in the tracking number, click “Trace”.
Warranty
1. How long is the warranty period?
Legend Walker offers a warranty period of 2 to 5 years, depending on the specific model or type of luggage.
To confirm the exact warranty duration for your product, please check:
- The product manual or tag
- Your purchase receipt
2.What does the warranty cover?
If there is a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair the item free of charge.
3.What is not covered under the warranty?
The following are not covered, even within the warranty period, and repairs will be charged:
- Damage from airline or transit handling
- Misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, fading, worn zippers/wheels/handles)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Loss or damage of contents
4.What should I do if my luggage is damaged during transit?
Inspect your luggage immediately after airline or transit handling.
If damaged, report it immediately at your arrival location—ideally before clearing Customs.
5.What do I need to claim warranty service?
To receive warranty service, please provide:
- The product warranty or Platinum warranty card
- Proof of purchase (e.g. official receipt)
Note: If these documents are not presented, repair fees may apply.
6. Where is the warranty valid?
- Warranty is valid in the country or region of purchase.
- Support is also available at Legend Walker stores in Japan.
7. Can I still get my item repaired after the warranty period ends?
Yes! We offer repair services for out-of-warranty products for a fee. Please contact us for assistance.
8. Who can I contact for warranty inquiries?
For any warranty-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Center.
Returns
All items sold at www.legendwalkerph.com go through strict quality control procedures. Legend Walker PH guarantees customer satisfaction. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 7 days of the original delivery date for a full refund.
- Shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
