Warranty coverage and warranty details

If a material or manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.


Not covered by warranty

The following cases are not covered by the free repair warranty even if it is within the warranty period (repairs will be charged)


Damage caused by handling by the airline or other damage caused during transportation.

■Damage caused by unfair handling or misuse of the product.

■Superficial damage due to normal use (wear and tear, scratches on casters/wheels, zippers, handles, etc., cracks on the main body, dents, fading, etc.)

■Damage caused by repair or modification at a place other than our repair center

■Damage or loss of contents


It is important that Customers inspect their luggage after it has been handled by an airline company or any transit company. Once damaged, submit a claim with the airline or transit company at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing Customs or leaving the premises.

 

Required documents

Product warranty or platinum warranty, proof of purchase (receipt, etc.)*

*If you do not present these documents, you will be charged a fee, so please keep them in a safe place.

*Overseas Legend Walker Stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, and Singapore can also provide warranty support. Please contact us for details.

 

If the warranty period has expired

We also accept repairs (for a fee) for products that are out of warranty, so please contact us.
